Non-Returnable Items
Since all products are custom printed and made to order, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
When a Return or Replacement Is Allowed
We accept returns or offer replacements only in the following cases:
The wrong product was delivered
The product was damaged during delivery
There is a confirmed printing error or quality defect
Claim Window
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please share:
Clear photos and/or videos of the issue
Order details for verification
Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Resolution Process
Share the issue details along with proof.
Our team will verify the claim within 1–2 working days.
Upon approval, a replacement or refund will be arranged as applicable.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately with your order details.
After Design Approval
Once the design has been approved by the customer or production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
Customized Orders
All customized or printed items are made specifically for you.
Therefore, they cannot be cancelled once processing or production has started.
Refund Timeline
If your cancellation request is approved within the eligible window, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
