At Sharma Labels, we take pride in delivering high-quality customized products, including UV DTF Stickers, EP Metal Stickers, Premium Visiting Cards, Customized Stickers, Printing Services, and more. Each order is carefully crafted to meet customer specifications.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. However, we understand that certain issues may arise, and we are committed to offering a replacement policy under specific circumstances.

  1. Eligibility for Replacements

We only offer replacements in the following situations:

1.1 Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. To qualify for a replacement.
  • You must provide clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The original packaging should be retained whenever possible.

1.2 Damaged or Defective Products

  • If we have mistakenly shipped a different product than what was ordered, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the wrong product.

  • A picture of the received item must be shared with us for verification.

  • The incorrect product must be returned in unused condition.

1.3 Lost in Transit

  • If your order is lost in transit and cannot be tracked, we will issue a replacement after confirmation from our shipping partners.

  • This applies only when tracking details show that the package was not delivered.
  • A case must be raised with our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  1. Non-Replaceable Items

  • Some products are not eligible for replacements under the following circumstances:

    • Customized products: Since our stickers, labels, and other printed items are made to order, they cannot be replaced unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

    • Minor Color Variations: Slight differences in color or size may occur due to digital screens, printing technology, and material texture. These variations are not considered defects.

    • Customer Handling Issues: Products damaged due to improper use, storage, or mishandling by the customer will not be eligible for a replacement.
  1. Process for Requesting a Replacement

To ensure a smooth replacement process, follow these steps:

Step 1: Report the Issue

    • Contact our support team via email at info@sharmalabels.com or call 08046064594.
    • Provide your Order ID and a brief explanation of the issue.

Step 2: Submit Proof

    • Attach clear images or videos of the product showing the defect or damage.
    • For incorrect products, include a picture of the received item and the packaging label.

Step 3: Verification & Approval

    • Our team will review the request within 2 business days.
    • If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product (if applicable).

Step 4: Replacement Dispatch

    • Once the defective/incorrect product is received (if applicable), the replacement will be shipped.
    • Customers will receive a new tracking ID for the replacement order.
  1. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • To ensure the fastest delivery of your products, orders cannot be canceled once placed, as we begin processing them immediately.

  • If you need to modify your order (such as design or shipping address changes), please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.
  • We will try our best to accommodate your request, but modifications are not guaranteed once production has started.
  1. Shipping Costs for Replacements

  • To ensure the fastest delivery of your products, orders cannot be canceled once placed, as we begin processing them immediately.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all replacement cases.

  • Once the returned product is received and corrected, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

  • If the product is incorrect due to our mistake, we will cover all shipping expenses for the replacement.
  1. Material wastage during production

Yes, a certain percentage of material wastage is inherent in the production process. The waste percentage varies depending on the product:

  1. 👉 UV DTF Stickers: 2% – 5% waste due to cutting errors, material misalignment, or curing issues.

  2. 👉 EP Metal Stickers: 3% – 7% waste due to etching, chemical processing, and finishing.

  3. 👉 Premium Visiting Cards & Thank You Cards: 1% – 3% waste due to alignment issues, color inconsistencies, and finishing errors.

  4. 👉 Customized Stickers: 2% – 4% waste due to cutting precision, printing errors, or lamination defects.

  5. 👉 Brochures & Other Printing Services: 3% – 5% waste due to trimming, folding misalignment, or color variations.

This waste percentage will be borne by the client and is considered a standard part of the order process.

  1. GST invoices?

Yes, if you provide your GSTIN during checkout, we will generate a GST-compliant invoice.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
