Non-Returnable Items
Since all products are custom printed, they cannot be returned or refunded.
When a Return or Replacement Is Allowed
We accept returns or replacements only if:
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product was damaged during delivery
• There is a confirmed printing or quality defect
Claim Window
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
